Some of the proof Krands only had a mintage of 5000 and are very hard to find. They even have their own grading service called the SAGCE (South African Gold Coin Exchange) I think.
If you can find a proof collector then you can probably get a premium depending onthe year and condition otherwise like others said, a little over spot. here is an atricle I found with mintage figures...
